Kind note from a regular circle participant:
Yesterday’s experience was magical for me.
I am so grateful to participate in the circle.
Each circle experience makes me feel present, connected and positive,
and this feeling grows with each circle I join.
Thank you, Kady for keeping the circle

About this Event
Join our circle for FREE
Are you experiencing societal grief, anxiety, trauma about global climate change and covid 19?
Want to FEEL. SHARE. UNITE. ACT. with like minded others?
Our circle is hosted in service to those working on these global issues who want to both offer and need support in these extraordinary times. Hosts are volunteers from environmental and social not-for-profits and small businesses. People who are feeling the enormity of these crises and the inadequacy of the collective response. Together we are creating a circle to help build personal resiliency so we can continue to face the ongoing threats to our shared sustainable future.
What to expect at the Climate Tic TALK Circle;
The dialogue is open and exploratory. We have prompts, topics and activities to get things going as needed.
We do not provide solutions, advice or clinical support.
The dialogue is enveloped in a restorative opening and closing of the circle.
A combination of poem - prayer - music - moment of silence - movement - a reading…
Please note our circle does not provide clinical advice.
If you are in acute distress we will help you find the resources you need.

What to expect at the Climate Tic TALK Circle;
- No prep, no advice, come as you are.
- Our circle is not recorded - turning video on is encouraged.
- We are creating a safe meeting place together. This includes: being yourself, listening, sharing, connecting, non-judgement, inclusivity, patience, and speaking in the first person (e.g. 'I' statements).
- We do not focus on providing solutions, answers or advice.
- This work is never 'done' and we won't always get to resolve in our time together.
- We do not provide clinical support (we can direct people to resources).
- We make room for whatever emotions bubble up (e.g. tears, anger, humour…love).
